Returns & Refund Policy

Each bracelet is made to order, so this policy balances that with your peace of mind. We want you to love what you receive.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Change of mind

Because pieces are custom-strung to your design, we generally cannot accept change-of-mind returns once production has begun. If you reach out quickly after ordering and we have not yet assembled your bracelet, we will do our best to cancel or amend it.

How to start a return

  • Email support@moonbead.co with your order number and the reason.
  • We'll confirm eligibility and, if approved, send return instructions.
  • Return the item unworn and in its original packaging where applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return or approving the claim. Original shipping is non-refundable except where the item was damaged or defective.

Exchanges

Need a different size or stone? Contact us — for eligible items we can arrange an exchange in place of a refund.
