Products & custom orders
Our bracelets are handmade to order from natural stones. Because each piece is assembled to your design, minor natural variation in colour, pattern, and size is expected and is not a defect.
Pricing & payment
All prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). We may update prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; placing an order authorizes us to charge your selected payment method.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud) and will refund any amount charged in that case.
Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refund Policy.
